During pre and immediate post partition period Muslims Civil Servants representation was 29% to 30% (Nationwide). Muslims (represent 16% of the nation’s population) representation now reduced 4.5% to 5% which is alarming. Community needs to improve this dire situation which is getting worse day by day.
Some minorities who are less than one percent of the Indian population have made a plan to produce at least 17% bureaucrats and some small minority built a huge hostel at Ahmadabad giving training to 10,000 students to be absorbed in nationwide administrative and judiciary positions.

Considering heavy dropouts and very limited selection, as reflected above, we presented our plans to the current and retired Civil Services experts to produce good number of Civil Servants with limited resources at our disposal. It was unanimously agreed to prepare students for UPSC/GPSC (class 1 & class 2 only) exam.
Education: Any graduation degree (distance education as well) recognized by UGC / AICTE.
To make the plan effective it has to be a hostel based program. SIYS has great hostel facilities both for boys and girls.
State of Art air conditioned library is provided by KP Human Development Foundation. The library has a capacity for 100 students.
Excellent results of PMET’s UPSC program has given great hope of better results in future for Knowledge Academy. All efforts made to make Knowledge Academy a big brand for Civil Services Studies.
UPSC/GPSC are very tough programs which can be seen from data provided above. Majority of Muslim UPSC/GPSC aspirants are first time learners in the family and are from financially disadvantaged families.
Students who are preparing for UPSC have great chances to success state level GPCS exams. Majority of students of the institutions mentioned above are successful at state level exams for class 1 and class 2 levels. Such successful students get very lucrative administrative jobs in respective states.
